Portobello

Portobello

Portobello is a small city and a Polonian administrative post located within Caramel Bay. The south and west shores of the bay are wide and wet plains largely filled with sugar plantations and run distilleries run by the Mercantile Company. The eastern shores of the bay are steeper and rockier and are generally populated by small farms and cattle and goat ranches run by Kalians that supply the nearby plantations with produce and livestock.

Although the governor, the ample administrative staff, and all security forces are Polonian, there are many Kalians to be seen in Portobello either working as laborers or trading their locally grow produce.
