Administrative Headquarters (A) - The offices and quarters of Chancellor Gascard de Gravenford of the Southern Mercantile Company. Official company business is conducted here. It isn't entirely a coincidence that the Company headquarters are as far from the Baron's Isle as possible, indicative of a natural, mildly contentious, but certainly not hostile relationship between the Company and the Legions.
Company Security (B) - Security forces of the Southern Mercantile Company are kept close by the company headquarters. Security is not considered reputable company business, it is simply viewed as a dirty necessity.
Greenmouth Partners Bank (C) - A branch office of the main bank in the Old City. Indicative of the obsequious nature of the bank's owners and the extent of their desire to cater to the Polonians and profit from the occupation.
- Shipping Company Headquarters (D1, D2, D3) - Various Polonian shipping companies working as subcontractors for the Southern Mercantile Company are located here. Each reports to Master Nicolas du Ravenscroft, who manages the day-to-day operations of the Company.
- Grain Silo (E)
- Dockmaster's Office (F) - Herbert de Harecove works here, managing the paperwork and other necessities that surround the smooth running shipping operations.

Bargemaster's Respite (H) - An inn for locals, especially Riding bargemasters.
The Bulwark (I) - A sailor's bar
The Maiden's Forecastle (J) - Bar below, brothel above, catering to both sailors and soldiers.
Stevedore Lounge (K) - It's ironically fancy and intended for dockworkers
