Vichy d'Or

Vichy d’Or is a small walled city in the Spice Isles from which the Polonian Mercantile Company administers the spice trade. The harbors are filled with ships transporting cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, and other spices. The city is rumored to be run like a military compound and few Kalians have ever been beyond its harbor and within its walls.
