Minor Ring of Wind Gusts

Overview

This ring allows the wearer to create small gusts of wind capable of diverting an arrow in flight or knocking over a precariously balanced person.

Appearance

A small silver ring with elvish runes.

History and Origin

An ancient elven design, found in an abandoned village.

Usage and Effects

Up to three times per day, the wearer can instantaneously summon a small gust of wind.  The gust affects an area ten foot square and blows through an area fifty feet long.  The gust must originate from a location within a range of 100 feet.  The wind can gust in any direction.
