Overview

This necklace allows the wearer to gain momentary control over smaller birds.

History and Origin

This magic item is Elvish in nature and was intended to be only a minor arcane item, perhaps a trinket for children.  Due to its extreme age and its intended audience of children, its magic is wearing off.

Usage and Effects

Once per day, the wearer can an issue a single command affecting approximately 10 pound-seconds of birds and forcing those birds to do the wearer's biding.
