Minor Ring of Voice Throwing

Overview

This ring allows the user to amplify and throw a short sound that they produce with their voice.

History and Origin

This magic item is Elvish in nature and was intended to be only a minor arcane item, perhaps a trinket for children.  Due to its extreme age and its intended audience of children, its magic is wearing off.

Usage and Effects

Approximately 1/2 of a second of sound produced by the user can be amplified by up to 5 times and be caused to sound as if it emanated from any single location in a 100 foot radius.  It can be used once per day.
