The Hate Incarnate captured the city of Highbridge over two years ago as part of The Upheaval of Nations. Members of the Hate Incarnate rule the city from the newly consecrated Temple of Lathander located in the tower on Baron's Isle. The occupiers rule in Ezekiern's name, but he has never been seen entering the city and is presumed to reside elsewhere.
