Residing on Baron's Isle, she is the administrator of Highbridge. She is known to be particular disdainful of The Riding inhabitants of Highbridge and while not overtly cruel, she cares not what measures are used the maintain law and order in the occupied city. The destruction of the bridge to Baron's Isle has only increased her fears that an uprising is imminent and she will pay any price or suffer any burden in order to be certain that she carries out her portion of the larger Polonian mission in regarding to the conquering of The Riding.
