Built in the Polonian laboratories, this dagger is only a hilt until a small button is pressed and a six inch long blade of glowing force appears.

An ornate hilt with the scowling face of a devil on it. A small button causes a six inch long blade of glowing force to appear.
History and Origin
Snatched for the Polonian vivisection laboratories reached via the storm sewer tunnels beneath The Docks area in Highbridge.
Usage and Effects
The dagger has 10 charges and does not appear readily rechargable. One charge is used each time it is turned on. The active is a turned on beam of force and cannot be scabbarded or otherwise safely stored.
The dagger does the normal 1d4 points of piercing damage plus 1d10 points of necromantic damage.
