The Resistance

Overview

Originally formed as an underground resistance movement in the Riding that seeks to cast out the Empire of Polonia. 

The Resistance appears to be divided into multiple cells by geography and function.  The internal command structure of the Resistance is unknown and the level of cooperation between various cells in uncertain.

Highbridge Field Operations

The Highbridge Field Operations cell led by Martin Shimlock originally had the mission to acquire money, magic items and weapons to support an armed insurrection in Highbridge to expel the Polonians. However, after the expulsion of the Polonians by The Hate Incarnate, they have become a low-level band of flunkies supporting The Hate Incarnate as they terrorize the city.

  The nephew of Martin Shimlock, he is slightly spacey and is said to have been "touched by a god" due to a near drowning incident that occurred near his fifth birthday.
