A caravan overseer for the Southern Mercantile Company that primarily oversees caravans between the cities of Highbridge and points further west.

Details

Percy du Ramshead was first encountered while leading a caravan moving three wagons from Highbridge to Stoneford. The caravan was captured and sacked by the party after they were inserted into the guard party by Martin Shimlock. One wagon full of weapons was given to The Resistance. The other wagons were burned and destroyed. Percy unsuccessfully scoured the trade road for the net few days looking for the perpetrators.

Percy was subsequently seen in the receiving party in the castle on Baron's Isle when the looted crate was being returned by the party after being recovered from the Red Claw Tribe orcs in Copedell Manor. He did not take any actions that definitively indicated that he recognized the party.
