Percy du Ramshead was first encountered while leading a caravan moving three wagons from Highbridge to Stoneford. The caravan was captured and sacked by the party after they were inserted into the guard party by Martin Shimlock. One wagon full of weapons was given to The Resistance. The other wagons were burned and destroyed. Percy unsuccessfully scoured the trade road for the net few days looking for the perpetrators.

...

By order of Adelaide du Eagleroost, Governor ofof Highbridge and Auxiliary Member of the Winged Council of thePolonian Legions, faithful servant of our Dread Tyrant, the Dark Lady Tiamat:

Percy du Ramshead has been found not guilty on all charges directly related to the raid on Highbridge Prison. However, it is noted that the evidence suggests that the only way the Prison could possibly have been breached would be if its security was compromised due to his careless actions, irresponsible behavior and general incompetence. The punishment for such negligence - especially in a case such as this where important facilities were breached - is death.

However, due to a life's worth of faithful service, Percy du Ramshead is instead to be granted mercy. Although he will be stripped of position and wealth, he is given command of the Polonian outpost at the edge of the chasm of Shadowcrag, north of the Green River. Dangers abound and many faithful servants of the Empire - including the previous commander - have quickly and regrettably fallen in the line of duty. Our hope is that Percy du Ramshead can use this opportunity to gain a brave and honorable death in order to regain his dignity, prove his value and loyalty to the Empire, and perform one final service for our Dragon Queen.

...

In the aftermath of the party's raid on the tower at Kithkaira and the discovery of the dead body of Galathi amidst the aftermath of the spell he cast from Spellbook of the Celestial Spheres, Percy escaped through the rent in the planar fabric used by /wiki/spaces/CAM/pages/371752989 to collect a stone lantern from the tower. The rent appeared to lead to a dark and sinister overgrown forest.

Appearance in the City of Omu

Masquerading as a Polonian captain that had suffered a mutiny within the Dead Dwarven City of Omu, he used the alias Normandy (or Norm) in order to ingratiate himself with the party.

It seems as if his ultimate goal was to recover the Soul Stones within which the flickering remainders of the souls of the Dwarven Gods had taken refuge. However, since the Polonians were unable recover the stones from certain temples, Norm used his guile to convince the party to do so. Upon the recovery of the last stone, Percy led the party into a trap in the Omu Coliseum to be killed by a Tyrannosaurs Rex and some Polonian soldiers. At this point he disappeared.

Percy reemerged in the Forge Temple and the party was forced to decide whether both Hurodash and Percy would be allowed to be vessels for the spirit of a dead god. They party agreed and Percy possesses the spirit of Nangnang.

Sorcerous Visions

Percy appeared in Castle Rend on the back of Unnamed Two-Headed Dragon and caused a spell to be cast upon the party that resulted in a hallucinogenic, dream-sequence Battle Royale. He warned to he was aware of treachery afoot within the party and wanted the members to get a taste of it.
