The Highbridge Field Operations cell is led by Martin Shimlock and appears to be concentrating on the acquisition of originally had the mission to acquire money, magic items and weapons to support an armed insurrection in Highbridge to expel the Polonians. However, after the expulsion of the Polonians by The Hate Incarnate, they have become a low-level band of flunkies supporting The Hate Incarnate as they terrorize the city.
