Selma is a burly woman that administers The Knot. She seems to have an ownership interest in The Rusty Spigot and frequently works out of the back. Her nephew is Kelmen Longbottom and she appears responsible for his well being, including organizing the rescue mission that freed him from the Black Cells beneath Highbridge Prison.
