The Lyceum Arcanium Arcanum was established after the the Dread Invasion by faculty within the Grand Lyceum of the Riding in order to establish sufficient arcane abilities within the Riding to potentially combat or neutralize the arcane powers of the Empire of Polonia. The Lyceum Arcanum attempts to act in secret, avoiding direct confrontation with the Empire or their magic users, and preserving their anonymity.
